The chocolate is heated at the base of the fountain and pulled up by a specially made stainless steel corkscrew which rotates and brings the chocolate to the opening at the top of the fountain, then it overflows back down to the basin.

The chocolate fountain will operate with most brands of "coverture" chocolate. Coverture chocolate is a high quality chocolate that contains extra cocoa butter (32-39%). We only use the finest Belgian Chocolate made by Callebaut - available in Dark, Milk or white chocolate.

Typically a normal hire is up to 3 hours, however you can hire it for longer for an additional £50 + VAT per hour this includes your chocolate.

All varieties of fruit and sweets can be dipped. We do not use anything that can crumble as this will taint the chocolate in the machine.

We need approx 1 hour access to set up a single fountain and approx 2 hours for double fountains.

To secure a booking date a £100 deposit is required within 14 days receipt of the booking form. The remainder is not due until 14 days prior to your function.

We believe it is essential to provide a chocolatier / operator with every rental. This is to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible, with no mess!
